Drala Mountain Center

We offer unique meeting facilities in a range of sizes and architectural styles, which can be used singly or jointly. All meeting facilities can be configured to suit your group’s needs and activities.

An entryway of marbled tile welcomes you into a sunlit hall featuring bamboo floors and a multitude of windows, highlighting the vast outdoors. Three adjacent breakout rooms are available as well as a kitchenette for coffee/ tea and snack preparation. Enjoy the courtyard and Zen Garden, bursting with wildflowers in the spring and summer, an elegant space for outdoor receptions.

Nestled into the mountainside, Maitri Village Conference Center provides a secluded and quiet meeting space, away from the hub of campus. Maitri Village features a large, carpeted conference center with fireplace-equipped shrine room, a dining space with banquet tables and chairs, and a serving line all in one. A kitchen is available on-site for exclusive meal service. Nearby guest rooms in our element-themed motels (Earth, Wind, Water, and Flame) make this campus a convenient location for group events and closed container retreats.

In the winter, spring, and fall we can host up to 150 participants in a variety of room types on the main campus and the more secluded and rustic Red Feather campus. During the summer months platform tents increase our group capacity to 250. All accommodations include public phone access and our lodges offer limited internet access.

No gathering is complete without delicious, healthy meals. Your group will receive three buffet-style meals a day, cooked with great care and love, using healthy and natural ingredients. For people with special diets, vegetarian, vegan and wheat-free options are always available. Our kitchen may also be able to accommodate additional restrictions and allergies. Please check with us.
