Situated on over 1140 acres of the pristine woods of Bankhead National Forest, visitors can find great comfort and peace in the natural surroundings as far as the eye can see. As guests at Camp McDowell, you’ll have full access to the canyons, river valleys, waterfalls, and miles of hiking trails, allowing you to blend a true outdoor camp experience with your retreat.

Depending on the needs of your group, you can go for more of a rustic camping feel or opt for creature comforts with private guest suites for all.
